The Manage by Numbers Program

MBN is a management training program specifically for Harley-Davidson Canada Dealerships. The MBN training program provides in-depth training on management strategies and best practices that are relevant to Canadian Harley-Davidson dealerships.

  • Extend past the basics of operating the DealerVu DMS.
  • Use their DealerVu DMS report detail and data, and HDC provided information to pinpoint causes of weak KPI performance.
  • Develop actionable plans that improve dealership performance and profitability.
